How do we integrate Slack with KrispCall?

The integration of Slack with KrispCall takes a few steps. Here is the step-by-step guide to follow to integrate Slack with KrispCall.

  1. Log in to KrispCall to get started.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations. Find Slack. Right below the Slack, you will see the Connect → Button; click on it.
  3. You will then be asked to log in or sign up for Slack. Log in to your Slack account.
  4. After doing that, your Krispcall account will be successfully integrated with Slack.
  5. Switch on the Toggle button in the integration window in order to activate Slack.
  6. To enjoy the Slack integration features, go to general settings, workflow settings, connected numbers, and advanced settings.
  7. You can simply disconnect it if you no longer want to use it.
