How to integrate Nutshell with KrispCall?

  1. Log in to your KrispCall account and go to the settings menu
  2. Navigate to the Integration option located under the App Setting and click on it.
  3. After clicking on it, a new window will appear, displaying different business tools and CRMs you can integrate
    with. To integrate with Nutshell, click on the Connect button just below Nutshell.
  4. After this, a new page will pop up, indicating you to sign in to your Nutshell account for integration.
  5. Then select the Nutshell account that you want to integrate with and click on Choose Account.
  6. After you have chosen your account, you will see Nutshell on the Active Integration at the top of the
    integration page. Now, click the Toggle button just beneath it to activate Nutshell for your account.
  7. You can edit the settings by clicking the three-dot ” … ” icon next to Nutshell.
  8. Within the General Settings section, you can easily set preferences for various functions, such as Creating New
    Contacts, Contact Syncing, and Notes Logging.
