How to integrate Kommo CRM with KrispCall?
- Log in to your KrispCall account and Look for the Settings option.
- In the Settings menu, click on Integrations, which you can find below the App Settings.
- After that, you are directed to a new window with a list of business tools and CRM Software. To integrate KrispCall with Kommo CRM, click on the Connect → Button.
- Once again, a new window opens, asking you to log in to Kommo CRM. After that, you have to log in to your Kommo account.
- Logging into your Kommo account successfully integrates your KrispCall account with your Kommo CRM account.
- Afterward, you will see Kommo in the Active Integrations section at the top of the Integration page. Now, click on the Toggle button below it to turn it on, which ultimately activates Kommo CRM.
- Finally, disconnect the integration if you no longer need it by toggling off the button below Active Integrations on the integration page.
