How to integrate Firmao with KrispCall?

Integrating Firmao with KripsCall takes only a few minutes. Follow these simple steps to integrate Firmao with KrispCall.

  1. Sign in to your KrispCall account and head over to settings.
  2. Find integrations in the settings menu under the App settings. Click on it.
  3. By doing so, a new window will open, displaying a list of business tools and CRM software that can be integrated with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with Firmao, click the Connect → button located just below Firmao.
  4. Clicking on the Connect → button opens a new window, prompting you to log in to the Firmao account you wish to integrate with KrispCall.
  5. Select the Firmao account you want to connect with KrispCall and click on Choose Account.
  6. After that, you’ll find Firmao listed under Active Integrations at the top of the Integration page. Click the toggle button below it to activate Firmao for your account.
  7. To edit the settings, click on the three-dot “…” icon next to Firmao, and then select “Edit.”
