How to integrate EngageBay with KrispCall?
Integrating EngageBay with KripsCall takes only a few minutes. Follow these simple steps to integrate EngageBay with KrispCall.
- Login to your KrispCall account and head over to Settings.
- In the settings menu, you will find Integrations under the App Settings. Click on it.
- Then, find EngageBay and click on the Connect button just below EngageBay.
- Next, you will be asked to log in to your EngageBay account, which you want to integrate with KrispCall.
- Select the EngageBay account you would like to connect to and click on Choose Account.
- Now, you will see the EngageBay in the active integration. Tap on the toggle button below it to activate EngageBay for your account.
- To edit the settings, click on the three-dot” … ” icon next to HubSpot and click on Edit.
- Make appropriate changes in the general workflow, connected numbers, and advanced settings to suit your preferences.
