How to integrate Apptivo with KrispCall?

  1. Access your KrispCall account and navigate to the Settings section.
  2. In the Settings menu, locate Integrations under App Settings and click on it.
  3. You’ll see a list of available business tools and CRM software. Find Apptivo and click on the Connect button located just below it.
  4. Clicking the Connect button will open a new window, prompting you to either sign up for a new Apptivo account or log in to your existing one.
  5. Enter your credentials and log in to your Apptivo account. Once properly integrated, your account will be instantly added and appear in the Active area of the Integration page.
  6. To activate the integration and access its features, click the Toggle button located under Apptivo.
  7. After enabling the integration, click the Ellipsis (…) button next to Apptivo to access the Edit option.
